Privacy Policy
Zenith Dynamics Ltd (company number 17118389) is the data controller for any personal data collected through zenithdynamics.co.uk. Our registered office is 11 Old Bond Street, Mayfair, London W1S 4PN, United Kingdom. For any privacy matter, write to privacy@zenithdynamics.co.uk.
When you submit a commissioning request, we collect three pieces of information: your organisation, enquiry details, and your email address. We also log a hashed IP address and user-agent string at the moment of submission, purely to prevent automated abuse of the form.
We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party embeds that set cookies. We do not collect browsing behaviour, device fingerprints, or location data.
We use the information you submit for a single purpose: to assess whether Zenith Dynamics is a suitable practice to engage for your operational infrastructure, and to correspond with you about that engagement.
We do not use it for marketing. We do not share it with third parties. We do not enrol you in a newsletter or drip campaign. We do not profile you against external data.
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR. The legitimate interest is mutual: you have expressed interest in a commercial engagement, and we have an interest in responding to that expression. If you object to processing on this basis, the simplest remedy is not to submit the form.
Commissioning requests are retained for twenty-four months from submission. After that, they are deleted. If an engagement proceeds beyond the enquiry stage, the data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus six years, in line with statutory commercial record-keeping obligations.
Commissioning requests are visible only to the principals of Zenith Dynamics Ltd. We do not use a sales team, a CRM with third-party access, or outsourced qualification services. Transactional email is sent via Resend (EU region), which acts as our processor under a standard data processing agreement.
Under UK GDPR, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@zenithdynamics.co.uk. We will respond within thirty days.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you believe we have mishandled your data.
If we change this policy materially, we will update the effective date at the top of the page. We do not notify past submitters of changes; this is a static document that governs what happens to data already collected, not a contract that binds you over time.
This site does not set non-essential cookies. There is no analytics tool, no advertising pixel, no session recording, and no third-party embed that tracks you. A consent banner would exist only to ask permission for things we choose not to do. We consider its absence a feature, not an omission.
